The sickest thing coming out of Norway is not lutefisk (double vom) or even a H1N1 infected viking! The thing that makes us lurve Norway is our BFFXOXO electrotricksters, Datarock. These cats are bonkernanas bien!

Datarock just let their second LP ,Red, drop like a bomb and holy cannoli is it good. The album, Red, coming by way of Young Aspiring Professionals is mos def something you need to put into your jambox yesterday! The Chicken was twitterpated back in ’05 with the eponymous debut and now We are scouring the local pawn shops for a diamond ball and chainmaker. The Bird is registering at Tank Theory and don’t skimp, Mr. Che Apass sheesh!

This disc has all the bleeps, bloops and banging beats that make the sunshine a little brighter and us see cartoon bluebirds…well it could could be just bad batch o’ bird feed too..but whatevs!  Scope these Jazzz, rumpbumper tracks out and do yourself a favour and snatch up the album while you are at it. Du nyte!
