How many hours does Jack White have to his day? Is he working with 30+. I mean wtf, mate?!?! I feel like every one is always talking about how prolific this man is. He’s in 3 ridiculously good bands, has his own record label, produces and collaborates with dozens of artists – breathing life into everything that he touches (See Loretta Lynn’s – Van Lear Rose ).

With his new band, a super group comprising vocalist Alison Mosshart (of The Kills), guitarist Dean Fertita (of Queens of the Stone Age), bassist Jack Lawrence (of The Raconteurs and The Greenhornes), The Dead Weather, Jack plays drums (his 1rst instrument?) and sings. The sound is deep and chunky with muddy synths and heavy drum beats. Alison Mosshart brings a vocal intensity that rivals White’s koodelah, on-a-mission, swagger.
