Tastes Like Chicken – The xx

Our first thought was ” Rumer Willis started a band? this is going to be a messterpiece!” Then we got our eyes checked and our facts right and it turns out The xx from across the pond in foggy, olde London town are pretty redicably good.

These teenage behemoths have a sound the Chicken can not get enough of. It took us some spins to get into off jump street (best stuff does) , but we are pretty Jazzz to shine a light on these guys.

The xx has a dark, brooding electro pop sound that is scrumtrilescent. It sounds like the way we felt watching Meghan Fox in : “Meghan Fox 2 – The Rise of The Meghan Fox”. Dare we say, this music aches? We do! and We just did.

They have released a 7″ banger “Crystalised” and are due to drop their debut album this month. This band is really the mutt’s nuts, if you like this sort of thing….this sort of thing being awesome music, cheers!
