Brighton’s electro-pop three-piece Mirrors

Mirrors
“What pop needs is more arty, overambitious young men with preposterous ideas. Enter Brighton three-piece Mirrors” via (guardian.uk)
Mirrors, not to be confused with the lo-fi act, The Mirrors, are a three pieced electro band from Brighton. Delivered straight to us from the eighties by Doc and Marty McFly’s Delorian. The music is smart. They are quoted as ‘a sombre version of Depeche Mode’ by Steve Lamacq. I think that fits.
Also, tell me ‘Fear Of Drowning‘ doesn’t sound like the music in Happy Gillmore’s dream sequence happy place.
