Dead Man’s Bones!!! Better than The Notebook
You know Ryan Gosling from his heartthrob role in The Notebook and as the smooth talking crack smoking role model in Half Nelson, but he’s got something else up his sleeve. Dead Man’s Bones (featured earlier here), a project that Gosling put together with fellow actor Zach Shields, recored their first record with the Silverlake Conservatory Children’s Choir and it will be out on Werewolf Heart/Anti- on October 6th. After thirty straight listens I feel reanimated and can also assure you that I like it very much. Hey, and the record arrives just in time for your hipster Halloween sock hop. Get ready for a zombie take over….
