PaVeMeNt to RoCk YoUr SoCkS OFF!!
The TMZ of the music world, Pitchfork, reported today that one of the bands that saved me from nitrous tanks and glass hardware, Pavement, will be reuniting September 21st of next year in Gotham. While this reunion has been hinted at and never happened a gaggle of times, apparently this time it is for REAL. Our talons are still crossed but let’s hope that it isn’t just a one off gig and that lead singer Stephen Malkmus tells Spiral Stairs and the rest of the band how cool PBR fest in Milwaukee, WI is;)
The presses may have cooled off a bit since this morning but what better reason to post a favorite song from each Pavement record. Hip hip hoo……!!!
