Early 2010 is shaping up to the bee’s knee’s. A beautiful new Beach House album, Hot Chip ‘One Life Stand’, Vampire Weekend’s Contra, Yeasayer’s Odd Blood, Spoon’s Transference, and a lot more but you get the friggin’ pictcha. Maybe Paste will get some of their prayers answered as well.

Spoon released the first official track, digitally, from Transference today. You can now pre-order the CD or Vinyl here. I advise you to go to the thrift store and pick up a record player. Vinyl records are the new cigarettes.

Vampire Weekend has a very similar offering, releasing ‘Cousins’ as a digital download and 7″, with the option to pre-order Contra in your desired medium. You can do all that here.
