9:00 p.m. tonight the Juniper Tar EP Release Party @ Club Garibaldi kicks off with performances by Juniper Tar, the Vulgarians, and a live DJ set by WMSE’s Dori Zori!
I don’t have a physical copy of Howl Street EP yet, perhaps I’ll get one tonight, but after reading-up and a ton of listens today on their myspace, I’m really liking what I hear. Despite the nego-vibes (see the comment sections) going around these days, I remain thoroughly excited about MKE music and our music makers.
It’s $6, why the fuck wouldn’t you go?
Madison is in luck as well with JT playing the MOB 5 year shindig tomorrow night.

Juniper Tar doing a very different but blazing version of Wilco’s via Chicago below. Def. one of my favorite Wilco songs live for it’s controlled chaos, is turned into a chugging and harmonious folk-rock gem. Anyone else think this song is about OJ?

So I went to this show last night and it was Pretty alright. I wouldn't say I loved it, but if you love Americana You will really like this band! A lot of people were there and it was a good crowd a lot fo dancing and cheering!
