Trusty Knife and Sylvia Beach Show Tomorrow Night!!
During our failed fire escape interview with The Trusty Knife, Zack Pieper nonchalantly stated that he was born to perform, and anybody whose seen The Trusty Knife live can attest to that. These guys have a great, tight live act, especially considering how jangly and spasmodic their style of pop rocks n’ roll is.
So if you haven’t seen them, or if you just need an excuse to dance, because you do, you really do, come to the Cactus Club tomorrow at 10, and bring a Lincoln with you.
Opening for our favorite Milwaukee mascots is the Madison group, Sylvia Beach, who seem to be just as maniacal and poppy as the Trusty Knife, a good pairing by an unseen musical sommelier.
