Listen to the New Walkmen Track, “Stranded”
“Stranded” is a slow motion brew from New Orleans with a vaguely Spanish (more likely Portuguese because that’s where the band recorded it) feel. This new Iberian/Creole track is as dramatic and atmospheric as we’ve come to expect from the East Coast 5-piece, and it bodes well for their upcoming release Lisbon, which is due out on Sept. 14.
