Lower Dens “Twin-Hand Movement”


Twin-Hand Movement is debut album from the Baltimore quintet, Lower Dens. In the midst of song titles referencing multiple cocks and animal dicks lies a profoundly beautiful and youthful record. The album is sparse but explosive, reserved but unapologetic. Honestly, I don’t know why I haven’t heard more about it. From front to back this album is a sprawling trip to post-punk or [insert trendy sub genre name]-wave nebula. Most of the states will get a chance to catch the dens who just started a 2 month jaunt (dates below).
