My Bee’s Garden
My French daze are far behind me, much more so than anything else i did in high school (unfortunately…ahem). I’m a tad delusional in my belief that if i were sent to Paris today i’d be able to hold my ground, but i would however be able to assimilate a bit better after hearing the tantalizing electric-groove-tastic rhythms coupled with Melody Prochet’s velvet larynx that make My Bee’s Garden. I’m jumping the gun a bit considering their album, Hunt the Sleeper, isn’t due until November 15th, but i can’t help myself. Here is there Myspace, which has two fantastic jammies, unfortunately not for download yet, and below is their beautiful rendition of Grizzly Bear’s “Cheerleader”… it does justice.
