Remember a few months ago when I was all like “I love Bass Drum of Death blah blah blah GB City has definitely been one of my favorites from this year blah blah hella swag?” Well, the first track of their LP, “Nerve Jamming”, sets up the album perfectly and hits harder than Chris Brown, while strangely lacking a prominent bass drum. It can be the soundtrack playing in your head when you’re fucked up walking home at 4am, or the music blaring in the car as you attempt to make a beer run across the Canadian border.
